Based on an idea from Bjorn Tillenius[1], I've created a plugin called
bzr-lp-branches: https://launchpad.net/bzr-lp-branches

At the moment, it is very simple and merely provides a 'lp-branches'
command which lists the status of all the active Launchpad branches
owned by the current user for the project associated with the branch in
the current directory.

It requires launchpadlib, oauth, lazr.uri and lazr.restfulclient to be
installed in your Python site-packages. The first time you run the
lp-branches command, you'll be prompted to authorize the plugin to
access your Launchpad data. See the launchpadlib docs[2] for more
information about installation.
