I didn't get those either, just a ragged piece of typescript with a
corner torn off. :-)
But it being a real dollar bill (a check would do, "lovely stickers"
don't work) actually matters to me.
It's an American tradition to take the first revenue the company
actually receives, mount and frame it, and hang it on the boss's wall.
I wouldn't actually go so far as to mount and frame that dollar bill,
but it was my first contribution to the GNU Project. I would have put
it in a place where it was visible to me from time to time.
And then there's the small matter of the way lawyers tell bald-faced
lies and expect you to collaborate in them.
