That's a great question.  The documentation about the process says
"code", and we do use a CC licence for documentation, and some of the
concerns motivating it for code (patent disclosure etc) do not apply.
But some, like licence updates, do.  So for the moment I would not
block on it.  Maybe Karl can find out?
