Is it as easy or easier for sysadmins to implement/manage this as it
is to implement/manage anonymous ssh?  The latter seems to be the
method of choice for other VCSes.  That is, in the small sample of
hosts I've actually used where anonymous access via smart servers is
provided, ISTR they generally provide an ssh URL.

How about security?  That seems to be the make or break for Savannah,
and I'm sure it's high on the list for other hosting providers, too.
