I have added an entry for Beyond Compare 3. It is based on the online
documentation for use with other version control systems:
http://www.scootersoftware.com/support.php?zz=kb_vcs.php

Unfortunately, it does not have a Windows registry App Paths entry,
though a search shows that this is supposedly planned. (But that
feature acknowledgement was made in May this year, hmm...)

Once a correct set of instructions is determined we should feedback to
them so that they can add instructions for Bazaar to that
documentation page.
