The purpose of bzr-core is so that people can participate only in bzr
development, without being spammed by bugs and other launchpad
notifications about projects associated with the "bazaar" project group.
Subscribing bzr-core to receive information about IDE integration and
UDD is exactly contrary to the group's purpose.
However, you can subscribe bzr to these things instead.
