Why is Bazaar Explorer not a separate app?

It looks like this would be affected by Martin's remove-logging and 
progress-output branches, possibly with some extra work to audit 
everything else to make sure only ui_factory is used for output. I had 
started on something like this but I've paused while waiting for 
Martin's improvements to ui_factory.
