Robert's correct, and my mail was too truncated - the figurehead bug
should be one that is  already fixed in an upstream release (on 2.0).
Fixing other bugs is great, but the point of this particular process
is to release the bugs we have already fixed.

The choice is a bit arbitrary but it seems better to choose a serious
one and one from 2.0.2 not 2.0.1.  So I'll pick
<https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bzr/+bug/437626>,
which hit several people including some Ubuntu devs.  I think the
process there is now gone as far as I can take it, so we'll see what
they say.
