Apparently we need what you could call a 'figurehead' bug to justify
the SRU, even if there will be other changes.

Separately from the SRU, I've asked in
<https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/jaunty-backports/+bug/487429> for
2.0.0 to be backported from Karmic to Jaunty according to the process
in <https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports>.

This is pretty much non-overlapping with SRUs: backports can add new
features, but they must come only from later Ubuntu releases.
Possibly we should backport the SRU but because I don't know how long
they will take I'll at least file them in parallel.
