I had a quick look at the Subversion users one even though that was not
asked.
The instructions presuppose continuing working in centralized style,
should there be notes on migrating to DVCS from CVCS?
In particular Bazaar can be used as a standalone, full history cache of
the Subversion branch using the dpush/rebase workflow. Also, of course,
the full Bazaar branch including metadata can be stored in the
Subversion repository making Subversion a full peer in a Bazaar DVCS
network.
