Hello all users of QBzr, Bazaar Explorer, TortoiseBrz and QBzr-Eclipse.

We have several important improvements/features landed in last few 
months and QBzr strings base has grown as well. Please, help translate 
QBzr interface to your native language, so we can release new shiny QBzr 
0.17 release which will speak your language right for New Year!
