Yes, please do. It's on Launchpad. Ian gave the address earlier in this
thread, though I think he's now planning to merge it into alldocs - which is
actually "non release specific docs".

Is the plugins guide available for public updating?  I'd like to see the
version and documentation of my plugin made current and would be glad to do
the work myself if you can point me to a branch.  Peace,
