IIUC, the problem in round-tripping.

You can convert .bzrmeta info into corresponding proerties in svn when 
you push from bzr to svn, but you can't convert svn properties to 
.bzrmeta when you pull from original svn trunk, because original svn 
trunk has no .bzrmeta directory and don't use it.
