I also have a Vista VM that I run Bazaar in several times a week. I've
been using that to improve the Windows installer, build and test CHM
docs, make the Bazaar Explorer Visual Tour screenshots, etc. It's not my
primary OS though.
Myself and many others at Canonical care greatly about Bazaar being the
best VCS on Windows. Personally, I know lots of developers (including
family members) who are locked into Windows and I want them to use
Bazaar and to LOVE the experience. Strategically, it makes plenty of
sense as well on numerous fronts: cross-platform projects, introducing
more developers to Launchpad, etc. I'm a firm believer that more Bazaar
developers on Windows ultimately translates to more Bazaar developers on
Ubuntu and a better, more efficiently produced Ubuntu.
