I've changed:

[/home/pqm/archives/thelove/bzr/+trunk]
post_commit_to = bazaar-commits at lists.canonical.com

to

[/home/pqm/archives/thelove/bzr/]
post_commit_to = bazaar-commits at lists.canonical.com
