So I'm trying to do some "pre-builds" so that hopefully everything goes
smoothly on the final release day. However, I'm getting a failure with
"tbzr_old.dll" does not exist.

I'm using the newer setup.py that you gave us Naoki (that removes the
code to *build* tbzr_old.dll), but it seems something else expects it to
be found. Do you have any ideas?

I'll try to track it down on my side as well.
