Of course, the fact that nothing has been done might indicate that
despite what was said on the thread, no-one actually cares enough to
make the change!

My main concern is what the situation is going to be in a years time --
will there be a dpush or not?  (I'm thinking about book chapters on
using Bazaar with Subversion and Git.)  If it isn't going to be there in
a year's time then the sooner its gone the better so I can do examples.
