branches for 2.0.2 and 2.1.0b2 started

Last night I went ahead and had a LOSA create the next release branches.
Mostly because if I do it early we can still land changes into them, but
if I do it late, then the release slips.

I'll probably be releasing them as 'final' early next week, so if you
have patches that you want to land there, try to flag it for my
attention. (Possibly use the release branch as the merge target...)
