No bazaar 2.1.0b1 release in beta paa

I'm including 'johnf' who was doing our ppa uploads. I'm not sure if he
saw our mailing list discussions about how we were planning on dividing
up the ppa.

Namely, the 2.0.x series was meant to go into ~bzr/+archive and the
2.1.0x series was supposed to go into ~bzr-beta-ppa/+archive.

I realize it is a fair amount to build, and I'm going to be springing
2.0.2 and 2.1.0b2 on you early next week.

For completeness, I'd like to see 2.1.0b1 built, but if there was a
choice, I'd much rather see 2.1.0b2 get built early next week.
