Gary, I see only one bugfix in 0.14 branch:

revno.967: Remove a deprecation warning about using None as a revision id. Use NULL_REVISION instead.

Do you have any non-published fixes?

I'd like to provide workaround for https://bugs.launchpad.net/qbzr/+bug/434034
and intend to fix it in both 0.14.5 and trunk or 0.15.1?
