I think you missed my point, sorry perhaps I was too opaque.

As already pointed out by Martin, M$ have usurped Explorer to be the
name of the Windwoes equivalent of Nautilus.  Refering to Bazaar
Explorer as Explorer is going to be worse than just a faux pas.

Bazaar Explorer is magnificently cross-platform (yea Python, yea Qt, yea
PyQt), I am fairly certain everyone is very well aware of that.
