I am using start-loggerhead from the /etc/init.d/loggerhead on the
server.

I just tried "serve-branches -h" on my workstation:

        |> serve-branches -h
No handlers could be found for logger "bzr"
/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/loggerhead/search.py:20: DeprecationWarning: the sets module is deprecated
          import sets
        Usage: serve-branches [options] <path>

        Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--user-dirs Serve user directories as ~user.
--trunk-dir=DIR The directory that contains the trunk branches.
--port=USER_PORT Port Loggerhead should listen on (defaults to 8080).
--host=USER_HOST Host Loggerhead should listen on.
          --prefix=USER_PREFIX Specify host prefix.
--profile Generate callgrind profile data to %d-stats.callgrind
                                on each request.
--reload Restarts the application when changing python files.
                                Only used for development purposes.
          --log-folder=LOG_FOLDER
The directory to place log files in.
--version Print the software version and exit

but this is 1.10 so the data point is probably irrelevant.
