Loggerhead question

Matt,

I just downloaded the Loggerhead 1.17 tarball by accident but then I
thought I would take a peek.  I notice that the manual file for
serve-branches reports this as Loggerhead 1.6 from August 2008.  The
other manual files have analogous issues.
