What's still needed to build the Windows 2.0.1 installers?

No it is fine. I got it sorted out.
I updated the bzr-windows-installer code so that it will build from a
specific tag. (0.3.0 in this case)
So don't worry about your stuff. We'll make sure that bzr-2.0.2 will use
either 0.3.1 or 0.3.2 if you have it updated by then.
