subvertpy-based svn-fast-export

Hi Jelmer,

Thanks for putting this together. I'd like your code to become the
default fast-exporter from svn that we use.

Can we move it into the bzr-fastimport plugin? I think it more naturally
belongs there than in subvertpy. Rightly or wrongly, I look upon the
latter project as being Python-Subversion bindings that work, rather
than the place for scripts that use the API. You should have write
access to the bzr-fastexport trunk. If not, ping me and I'll fix that.
