The simple answer is to raise a bug and/or sent a patch. The doc is
actually built up from different places but most of it is in the core
distribution (lp:bzr) or the Migration Docs project (lp:bzr-migration-docs).

If in doubt, email your comments to the list to begin with and we'll
help you from there.
