Damn. I was afraid to bump up the font size as I did in case that
happened, but quite a few people found the fonts too small. All I did
was tweak a ratio from 62.5 to 65% - an innocent one line change. :-)

I assume you're using default out-of-the-box fonts and sizes? FF 3.5 on
karmic is looking fine I believe so I'm wondering why Debian and Ubuntu
are differing here.
