Problem pushing to Launchpad

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried calling it nine times before
retrying the push but no joy.

I couldn't get lftp to do anything sensible about connecting to
Launchpad but I managed to get Hitchhiker to connect so as to be able to
look at the file
structure.  /srv/bazaar.launchpad.net/push-branches/00/03/b7/f0/.bzr/branch/lock is an empty directory on Launchpad just as the equivalent is on my local branch.

All in all it seems I am seemingly unlikely to be able to fix this :-(
