Easier to use plugins registry

See http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrPlugins. We now have over 110 plugins. Wow!

Please assist with getting the data on this page accurate:

1. Have you created a plugin but not registered it on this page?
   If so, please add it so more people know about it.

2. Do you use a plugin on a platform not yet listed for that plugin?
   If so, please add that information so more people will use it.

I'd still want to change a few things w.r.t. formatting:

* make owner names Launchpad users/teams instead of Wiki names

* add links to the Plugins Guide for the plugins included in it

Otherwise, I think this is now done.
