Yes.
In addition to using lynx, links, elinks, w3m, it is possible to run
text-only browsers inside Emacs terminal or screen sessions. Imagine
- Editor's own search capabilities on page
- Copy/cut/paste snippets and consult documentation
- ... while you work at the server or remote site
