[Bzr-windows] Bazaar Explorer using over 100MB and "out to lunch for 15 minutes"

Thanks, John.  I will try the 2.0.0 installers in a sandbox (sorry, not in
production just yet) probably sometime next week.  If the behavior persists,
I will file a bug along the lines you suggest.
