I have posted an image to Bug 429975
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/qbzr/+bug/429975)  This shows (you will have
to believe me :-) that two blue blobs are missing.

I use an up-to-date branch of lp:qbzr

I have other examples of missing branch markers that I can post to try
and give more data if that would be helpful.
