As an aside, I was slightly surprised by how many links of instructions I
had to follow to get my first branch set up in lp, but everything went
pretty smoothly.  This was complete overkill for two lines of code, but it
was a good learning experience.  The only real value of this branch to
anyone but me is to show that the globbing fixes for 'bzr mv' and 'bzr rm'
really are as simple as everyone says. :)

I have not added any tests but I have verified expected operation on both
windows and linux.
