bzr+ssh is better for everything but info.

We need to update the smart server to report back information about the
underlying branch/repo/etc rather than just reporting back "I'm a remote
object".

The abstraction is great when you are doing stuff like
branching/pushing/pulling. It isn't so great when you want to know the
'info' of a location.
