A belated response. I've only just spotted this.

xmloutput.

The 'headline' description in the Plugins Guide does not correspond
with the reality documented in the README within the Plugin.

The description says, over-optimistically: "This plugin provides xml
output for status, log, annotate, missing, info, version and plugins
adding a –xml option to each"

Actually, only 'bzr log' can take a --xml option.  The other commands
all have xmlzzz variants of the related command name.
