2.0.0-2 has been uploaded

Changes since 2.0.0-1
  install the correct 2.0.0 chm files, rather than the 2.0rc2 ones.

Thanks to DeeJay for noticing that the chm was out of date. Note that I
didn't bother updating the -nonadmin version as it is a bit manual. If
people really need it, I can.
