He was looking to add a 'post-commit' hook that things like Keywords
would use to go update the working tree.

This landed as revno 4660 on the 2.0 series branch, which I don't
believe is in the 2.0 release, but should be in the 2.0.1 release.

If it isn't in bzr.dev yet, it will be soon, as I'm currently doing a
'merge-up' of various patches that I'm landing in 2.0.x and want to be
in bzr.dev as well.
