The Windows installers have finally been built and uploaded. \o/

Changes for 2.0.0rc2-6 => 2.0.0-1
  bzr-svn 0.6.5 => 1.0.0
  tweaks to the installer to use bzr logos rather than default branding

It would be nice if we could get a few people (other than myself) to
make sure -1 works for them before the final announcement goes out.
