With one or two exceptions I've always updated that page when I did
releases. It's certainly my intention to keep it as up to date as
possible, so if I do happen to forget it please call me on it.

I'll also update these in the Windows installer, and you should always
be able to find the latest versions on their respective homepages
(http://bazaar-vcs.org/Rebase and http://samba.org/~jelmer/subvertpy).

That'd certainly be very useful for portability testing as well. I'm
also still interested in seeing bzr-git / Dulwich on Windows, but I
guess that's a separate topic.
