bzr 2.0.0rc2-6 Windows installer has been updated

Changes since -5:
  bzr-explorer  0.8.1 => 0.8.2
  Some minor reworking of the build script (everything in 1 repo)

I'd like to see us get a bzr-svn 1.0.? build, which I'd *like* to see in
an RC rather than in only the final build. But that would mean we'd need
to see bzr-svn 1.0.? roughly today sometime. At the current rate, we may
have to wait for bzr-svn 1.0 for bzr-2.0.1

Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (Cygwin)
Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla -
