Jelmer, I don't maintain windows installer on regular basis.

Furthermore, windows installer is now separate community project and who 
will maintain it I have no clear idea.

So, yes, there is big difference between "get clear announce available 
via searchable ML archive" vs. subscribe to wiki page.
