Precisely.  And vice versa, though you've covered one aspect of
that in "Don't merge from trunk into feature branches'.

Is anything else lost or changed in the translation from
svn->bzr->svn, or bzr->svn->bzr for that matter?  Cue discussion
about "push" vs. "dpush" (I think; I'm inferring here from
half-remembered threads about it), svn versioned properties, and
the like.  (You say elsewhere that bzr "doesn't support" the
latter, but does it at least preserve them in the SVN revs that
have them, or are they dropped in the bit bucket?)
