Note there is at least 1 critical bug in 0.14.1 that I fixed recently. I
suppose it isn't a regression, but if you have a local lightweight
checkout, doing 'bzr qcommit' or 'bzr qmerge' can try to prompt you for
a password *before* the QApplication has been initialized.

At best it gives you a warning and dies. At worst, it core dumps.
