Pruning people I know are on bazaar at canonical.  Posts are getting
helld for "too many recipients." :-(

Sure, that would work, for now.  I think three topics there is about
right, and two of them must be "Get Bazaar" and "Get Help".

Why I say "for now" is that it seems obnoxious to ask the user to
return to the top page to "Get Going".  It should be possible to have
Download return *both* Bazaar (as a download) *and* the "Get Going"
page as HTML.  NeoOffice (the Mac version of OpenOffice) does that.
If that works, then you don't need "Get Going" on the top page.
