Ian. Thanks for the draft and the invitation to comment. Some
thoughts. You may feel these things are 'out of scope' for what you
are trying to accomplish.

It would be useful to have something about how to install plugins. (Or
a pointer to same.)

It would be useful to have something about determining pre-requisites
for successful installation/use of a particular plugin. (Perhaps that
should be a mandatory section in the write up of each plugin?)

Particularly for Windows, it would be useful to have something about
the compatibility of a plugin with each of the modes in which bzr can
be deployed - eg. standalone bzr.exe; python installer; source tree.
(Again, perhaps that's a requirement on the writeup for each plugin.)
