How's the Bazaar website going?

Hi Emma,

I think the new website should refer to the newer documents first and
foremost. Those documents can then point back to the Wiki content if
appropriate.

With the exception of the table of contents in the Plugins Guide, I
don't see a lot of duplication between it and the website. I think we
still need to maintain a plugins registry that anyone with a (Wiki)
login can edit, separate to any more formal documentation on the popular
plugins themselves. It would be cool to move to a more database-centric
plugins registry that allowed ratings, comments, etc (ala
addons.mozilla.org) instead of a Wiki page but that's certainly not in
scope for 2.0.

I see a lot more duplication between the Data Migration Docs I've been
working on (http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/migration/en/index.html) and the
current Wiki content:

* http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrMigration should be merged into the Data
  Migration Guide

* http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrSwitching and subpages should be merged into
  the Survival Guide.

I'm really hoping some authors more familiar than I with other tools can
help with the latter task in particular.
