Please copy QBzr 0.13 debs to bzr ppa

I am catching up on my list reading and thought I would go copy the
files over before I noticed I don't have permissions to target the
bzr-beta-ppa which I presume is the intended destination as you mention
"QBzr 0.13 is about to be released".

One other thing, how much change is required to target the "Karmic
Koala" series?  (New version of Qt?)  I ask because the bzr beta is
available for that series as are bzrtools and bzr-svn.  (subvertpy
appears in the bzr-beta-ppa but without representation for the "Karmic
Koala" series, so I guess QBzr would not be unique in that lack.)
