Hi,

after chatting with igc and wgrant today I believe we need to release 0.14 as quick as possible if
we want to push it into Ubuntu Karmic. I'm planning to do release in the middle of the week.

Later we need to request for sponsorship to get it uploaded into karmic, IIUC.

I hope Gary will be able to create deb for 0.14 and will work on including it to karmic.

I'd like to ask all our users to test QBzr trunk and report all bugs.
