Sure, but if the IT policy is "don't install your own apps" then they
can't install bzr in the first place.

Anyway, the discussion is pretty foolish anyway, as it is a case by case
basis, and I personally don't intend to remove support for python 2.4.
(There is minimal benefit, and minimal loss, but insufficient to change
the status quo.)
