Depends on which culture you are in, and hence whether Russell here is
what UK/USA/SA/Australia/New Zealand/etc. people would term a first name
or a family name.  However, this drifts far from the Bazaar focus of
this email list.  So enough humour and fun, back to the serious
stuff . . . :-)
